The hotel offers great value for money and the prices are reasonable. The staff pays attention to detail and provides excellent service. The location of the hotel on the edge of Florence makes it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, as shown on the website's pictures, are well-maintained and comfortable.
No major issues.

This is not your normal Hotel; Hotel Villa Villoresi has a charm about it that is lovely, the staff were extremely friendly and go the extra mile to help you – thank you so much! The Villa itself was a real treat (although kept in a classic style, this is not a modernised hotel, but a charming family villa), the grounds were lovely.
The only negative were mosquitoes; would pack repellent next time.

The entrance hallway was still impressive for its age.
The Management/staff at first meeting were confused with who we were. The night restaurant provided very poor quality meal. No recommendation. Location of the facility was misleading and was not in the countryside but in the suburbs. Gave us the impresssion feeling of the Faulty Towers show. The bed sheets were placed straight on to mattress, no mattress cover , I had to pull beds apart and put a blanket onto the mattresses as they were very dusty.

The house is beautiful and the rooms Are generous. It is about 1km to the train station in sesto fiorentino, and then a 11min train ride to Florence- the perfect distance to enjoy the city and the countyside without having to deal with crazy city traffic. The grounds are gorgeous and breakfast pastries delicious

A very bad and dirty hotel with extremly unfriendly staff!
A very dirty, old and bad furnished hotel, the lady at the rezeption extremly unfriendly, the breakfast less than italian standard, nothing to eat, no place to seat was clean. The rooms dirty, with old bed, and a very bad matrazes.A poor bathroom, the hot water needs very long to come.

Villa Villoresi is more than a hotel, it's a little palazzo where you feel immediately at home. The very friendly staff is so friendly and warm that you think you're invited for a pleasant stay. Our 4 year old daughter thought we were in a palace and she acted like a little princess. And: the italian food! Ah, wonderfull!

The hotel had a great garden, perfect for a romantic escape, and the pool was very refreshing. The breakfast was delicious, with many options to choose from. The location was also great, with easy access to the city center and beautiful surroundings for a nice walk.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The staff was not very helpful when we had questions about the area.

There were guests of all ages and we interacted more than in other hotels during our trip to Italy. The staff always answered questions and solved any problems promptly. The whole environment was interesting historically and we did walks into the countryside behind the villa as well as into the town centre for shopping and cafes. A wonderful experience in Tuscany!

Staying at Hotel Villa Villoresi was quite an experience. It is an old historic Hotel, with a lot of soul and charm and very kind staff. It has a perfect location in a small town, with a lot of very good local restaurants. It was close to both Florence and Pisa. Having breakfast or dinner at the hotel was just like been in an episode of Fawlty Towers. The Hotel seriously needs maintenance, or at least just a thorough cleanup!
